  6. Soo... JP and I were stopped by a large group walking back from Arvin this morning at 0530ish who told us Arvin was closed b/c of Code Red... I guess it wasn't.

    Did a Gym Jones b/f breakfast of 30-20-10 OHS @ 35%BW (65lbs), Elevated Ring Push-ups

    Did the WOD after breakfast, 25:02. Completely smoked. Five rounds makes it fun.

  7. Went to Razor's Edge Fitness at CrossFit Pensacola. Did the workout there with a small crew.
    AMRAP 20 min of:
    25 x double unders
    8 Chest to bar pull ups.

    Did 9 rounds and ran to the golf course. About 4.2 miles. Anyway, really smoked this morning. Feels good. Ready to get back with the crew though. Good to see the numbers up on this site.

  8. Is it still RX'd if I did Box Jumps then wall ball then Gym Loop? That was the order i did it in.

  10. 23:29...Had to change the order of my last two rounds...great smoker though..CV-I didn't see my lunch again, but came awfully close, one to two more rounds and I would have had the Arvin staff angry with me...

    Great workout nonetheless, huge reminder of why I need to do these in the morning.

  13. 30:14. I hate wallball shots, and the fact that I ran stairs yesterday really didn't help my time today either. Just wasn't feeling it. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

    I did the first 2 rounds with 2X
    14in boxes on top of each other. Wasnt very stable so i did the last 3 with an 18in box. It
    reflects in my faster time.

    No more listening to crowds streaming away from arvin for me. I really prefer to do the wod with the group.

  18. This was one of my first times out with the group, absolutely brutal. In my morning slog I forgot my watch so I don't have a time... great group in the morning, want to make it out more often but have to balance against sandhurst practices.

    Still on the injured ankle:
    -Subbed 150ft on Jacobs Ladder for Gym Loop
    -Subbed 24kg KBS for box jumps
    -Subbed 35lb thrusters for wall-balls (this was because of a lack of medicine balls)

    I was sucking by then end. Absolutely awful, but a partner would have helped a lot.

  21. Great workout. My partner and I respectively got 19:59 and 19:29. Good transition from loop to box jumps, and then wall ball. My legs still burned over the weekend.
