Meet at 0530 in the powerlifting room...
Strength:
Bench 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)
Squat 3 x 5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)

Conditioning:
Complete 5 rounds:
Heavy dumbell Step Ups on 20″ box – 20 reps
Toes to bar – 10 reps
Strict Pull Ups – Max reps
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds

    Didn't squat.

    Conditioning:

    Did lunges with 135, only ten total.
    Those evil wheels are evil.
    4,4,4,3,3 on the pull ups. Overall it took 19:10.

  2. We didn't squat because it wasn't on the CFF program for today.
    Bench: 110#

    Conditioning: 15:29.18
    Daaaaaaaammmmmmmmmmnnnnnnnnnn.
    My body hurts. That was good.
    *For step-ups, I did lunges with a 95# barbell
    *5,5,6,6,5 for pull-ups.
