Meet at 0530 in the 3rd floor weight room

Strength:

Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
Press 3×5 (add 2.5 lbs to last workout)


Conditioning:

Complete five 2 minute rounds: 
For each round, you have two minutes to complete the following:
75 lbs DB Thrusters – 5 reps
Towel pull-ups  – Max pull-ups 
*Rest 60 seconds between rounds
Post total pull-ups to comments.

    No time for WOD this morning because of haircut inspection.

    Press: 3x5 @ 70#

    Conditioning:
    Used a 75# barbell for thrusters and towel pull-ups

    Pull-ups: 12, 12, 12, 17, 14

    That was fun. Definitely hurting after that one.

    Conditioning: used 45s, 11, 10, 10, 10, 10.
