  1. That was a good one. 44 pull ups (only did 12 kipping). 80 pushups. 45 KBS (20 kg). 67 sit-ups with abmat. 16 burpees. Those burpees sucked.

    82 pullups (scaled to bands)
    57 pushups
    32 kettlebell swings
    57 situps
    12 burpees

    I know I said 22 burpees this morning but I'm pretty sure it was actually 12 and I just didn't remember right. Honor board to follow.
