Welcome back from the weekend.  Today's WOD is a bit different, but should be a good one.

You pick the load, but you should use the same load for the entire round.  At the end of the round you should try to increase the load.

3 rounds for time:
15 x deadlift
10 x power cleans
5 x push press
Rest 1 minute & change weight as needed.

NOTE:  choose your load smartly & if you realize it is too much, then you can certainly lighten the load during the round if needed.

Post load and time to comments.

    I think way too much during power cleans and mess myself up. Gotta practice those more.

    That was a 'fun' one. My form on the power cleans is not great, so I expend WAY too much energy on those. DLs felt like a vacation!
