Push-ups
Sit-ups
Handstand push-ups
Pull-ups

(Note - a Tabata is 8 rounds of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest.  You should do all 8 rounds of push-ups before moving to sit-ups, etc.)

Post total number of reps for each exercise to comments.

  1. Modified WOD #1 to 135 lb press instead of HSPU. Didn't want to mark up the walls at MWR.

    ** I started with the bar (45#), then added weight every 15 reps. My intent was 45,50,55,60,65. However, I messed up the weights and did 45,55,65,75,85. Good WOD, nonetheless. Something different for certain.

    WOD #1: 18:28

    Kipping HSPU so I could do them against the wall and didn't have to self-spot. The rows took away my air, and the HSPU smoked my arms. Great WOD.

    Push press and wall ball (12 lb) killed me.

    Then I ran a PR for my mile at altitude: 6:11.
