Improvement with lots of room left to improve more. Those last few exercises are redonculous!

  2. 32:00 as RX'ed. PR by 32:00...I look forward to doing it again in the distant future in order to see if I can improve!

This was a nasty one! Wall ball to burpees was tough.

Thanks for the encouragement to the early crew!

DUs killed my time, burpees and elbows to knees were also rough for me. JWM probably would've smoked me if he didn't have a few drinks at the PL300 paper turn in last night. Have a great weekend everybody!

  5. Aloha,

It felt like someone stuck a straw in me and sucked out my juice. I did PR by just over 3 min. That was the hardest set of burpees I have ever done. Rhett, I totally agree. JWM, I would say the last 10 exercises are redonculous!

  6. 23:48. That was simply brutal. Give me 50 pullups any day over 50 burpees. TGIF...

  7. 32 and change.

That was a brutal "solo session" over lunch. First WOD in a week plus due to the flu...

Definately not a WOD to do without comrades for encouragement.

KTE was my goat... broke me down.
