  2. Aloha,

    Since the Hayes Gym track is 11.7 laps to a mile, I did approx 275m sprints. Assuming my math was correct, 2 laps is approx 273.5m. I focused on Pose technique first, speed second. Regardless, that was brutal. I don't think I did too back considering I've had two foot reconstructions and haven't run an APFT since 2005 (and I'm well out of my 20's). Thank will change next week though.

    50, 53, 57, 58, 59, 1:01, 1:01, 1:01, 60, 60

  5. Tried something a little different, having missed last thursday's WOD.
    Bike 1 mile
    40x KB Swings (53 lb)
    Bike 1 mile
    30x pullups
    Bike 1 mile
    20x GHD Situps
    Bike 1 mile
    10x 135lbs overhead (any way)

    15:55.

    Good WOD if you want to mix it up a little.

  6. 17:52

    Not being near Hayes, I used a rough distance approximation equal to two laps around Hayes (APG fitness center to ARL entrance canopy, for my future reference)

  7. I thought Hayes track was 1/16th mile, so I ran 200m repeats.

    Time = 16:20

    My distance was clearly short based on others' times.
