    Scaled DLs to 185. Heavy enough to make me work for it without sacrificing too much intensity.

    Did some additional cardio work and work with the the duffle bags to get the blood flowing. Looking forward to tomorrow...

    took too much time with the DL. I was alittle worried with pulling my lower back muscle for the third time. I need to stop feeling sorry for myself.
