"The Chief"

As many rounds as possible in 3 minutes of (check out the videos):
3 Power Cleans (135/95)
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats (use a medicine ball if necessary to keep your depth honest)
1 Minute Rest

Repeat for 5 total rounds (20 minutes total)

  1. I was astonished when I showed up at 0600 and NO ONE was around. This might be a first. Did someone call "ZONK" and I didn't know it? It might have been the most depressing site I've ever seen.

    Thankfully, RB showed up so I had someone to suffer alongside with.

    3: 3 + 1HPC
    4: 3 + 3HPC
    5: 3 + 2HPC

    FYI - Timer #2 is set for the workout.
