    Bodyweight deadlifts sucked all the momentum out my workout. Form was terrible as I got tired. Totally beat by the the time I finished. Thanks for the encouragement from the crew.

    DL= 175#

    After being gone for a few days, glad to be back with the morning crew. JJ probably won't post it, but he dead-lifted 20# over his body weight and still posted a sick time. Great work.
