Not only is that a functional WOD, but when done during the afternoon it also approximates physical activities in multiple climates - it's Africa-hot on the third floor, cooling to a mid-tropical level on the second floor, and finally a cool summer alpine temp in the '62 room. Constantly variable indeed.
