  4. On vacation at the dunes, so I did an out of town WOD from CF Extreme:
    Run 400m
    35 burpees
    35 strides walking lunge
    35 push-ups
    35 sec static handstand (closer to 1 minute)
    Run 400m

  6. Caught up on yesterday's WOD - 12:08. Had a feeling I might have shorted myself one round, though, considering other times, so did one more for a time of 12:40. Either way, I enjoyed it.

    Knocked out 4 rds of front squat after, for fun: 135, 185, 205, 225
