Thanks for all the help with form and the encouragement, I was able to achieve a 15lbs PR. Its great to still be seeing improvements after doing this for a year and a half.

Not my best day, but close. Today was a lot better than the last time we did deadlifts when I could hardly pick up 335lb.

Congratulations to everyone getting PRs today!!!

Last two lifts were ugly and uglier. 345 is a 10lb PR.

  7. 3x225 (Oly DL w/Snatch grip)
    2x275 (w/Clean Grip)
    2x295 (DL w/mix grip)
    315, 345(PR), 355(f-3 attempts)

275 with a hook grip felt weird. I need to start higher next time.

Just took a height and weight test today. I have increased my weight by about 9 pounds. I feel a lot better as well. The big difference is nutrition. Please talk to MAJ Richards and he will square you away to eat right.
