    My name is Carissa, I am 21, and I have a problem with dipping. See, all my friends dip well; they do it during workouts to add a little flavor. I mean adding some burps and dip here in there into any workout is beneficial. My friends have noticed my problem and have been trying to help me improve the way I dip. With a little practice I will be dipping better in no time.
    My name is Carissa and I will soon be good at dipping.

    You can do it, the blue bands can help.

  13. Since we are making public confessions today, here I go:

    My name is Jason and I'm addicted to Black and Gold CrossFit. I constantly check to see who has posted and their comments about the WODs / programming. It has gotten so bad that my internet homepage is no longer Fox News, but is now the B&G page. If I keep this up, my job performance will begin to decrease. I need help.   14. 7:15 as Rx'd+ meaning I did round of 3 twice. Always good to over achieve.

    My name is Dan...I am going to miss this crew more than you can imagine. I have found that the Navy has very little concept of real physical fitness and I have been forced to workout in my garage in order to not publicly shame every squid I see doing bicep curls and half squats. My name is Dan and the only thing about West Point I am going to miss is B & G CF.
