    Did the IOCT for dept PT - humbling experience but great workout - will def add this to my benchmark workouts to get faster in the future or multiple rounds.

  12. haha, Thanks for the Bday wish MAJ Richards...im celebrating tonight by staying overnight in the hospital getting ready for my shoulder surgery in the morning. No more Crossfit for me for a few months. Its going to be a hard road to get back to where I am right now physically. But hey, at least I get out of school for a few days.

    Hope you all continue to give it your all because you never know when you are going to get set back due to an injury.
