haha, Thanks for the Bday wish MAJ Richards...im celebrating tonight by staying overnight in the hospital getting ready for my shoulder surgery in the morning. No more Crossfit for me for a few months. Its going to be a hard road to get back to where I am right now physically. But hey, at least I get out of school for a few days.
Hope you all continue to give it your all because you never know when you are going to get set back due to an injury.
