    Think I was using 205 for the first two sets, and since I was so slow my punishment was to use 225 for the last set. I think it was a cruel joke by the group to watch the tall fumble around with form and weight.

  6. 7:21...I hate the gym loop!!! Whoever decided to start putting that thing in workouts should never be able to work out with B&G CF again...after tomorrow.

    Okay, I'm off to hang my rings in a tree in my front yard so every one will think a ninja live here.

    scaled weight to 95, used blue band for dips. Probably should have used more weight on the deadlifts.

    GREAT PIC SODAK, but I think you were breathing to deep...don't forget to let it out when you feel fat.

    Today DB asked me where my wallet chain was and I told him that that was totally 2007 bro and that board shorts and no shirt was still in. However we both agreed that would not have been appropriate for the setting, so luckily i went with the outfit i had carefully picked out the night before in case sooommmmeooone took pictures and posted them online.

    For those of you who are confused, "Head, Shoulders, Knees, and Toes" is not the approved CF warm-up...it is very entertaining, though...

    TDY through Saturday...Globo-gyming it in Atlanta-get excited. Definitely will be missing the morning crew...especially you, DB.
