  4. Given my shoulder and my choice of a hero yesterday, I figured it is best to limit movement in my shoulder. That being said, I didn't do any pull-ups today. Instead I worked on static handstands, DUs, and pistols (new goal is to be able to have legitimate pistols).

    5 sec free standing handstand (PR)
    63 consecutive DUs (PR)
    pistols have a long way to go!!!

  5. 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50. I should have started heavier, and would likely have been able to finish higher. Next time.

  6. 25, 35, 45, 55. These were really tough for me....was anyone kipping? I tried it out a little and almost broke my shins.

    I put the weight in my backpack and was able to kip some to get it up.

    The reason for the weird weights is the fact that I used a ruck packed out with books for the 56lbs. In order to add extra weight, I held a duffel between my legs.
