  3. 15.41. First 4 rounds: dips with 40# db. last rounds used rings. Last 4 rds of HSPUs were assisted with feet on Smith machine bar.

  5. Left shoulder wasn't feeling good after the OHSs yesterday. I wasn't able to press anything today so I did something else:

    3 rounds for time of:
    10xDead Lift (250lbs)
    50xDouble Unders

  8. First week back doing B&G's workouts and already a workout behind.
    Did yesterday's monstrosity of a workout late morning. Shoulders are feeling great right now. Performed as RXed (115) - finished in 20:41.

    Did first set of HSPUs on own and used blue bands for the rest. HSPUs are my new, new #1 goat.

    I did the first set of both with no assist. During the second set I had to go to bands for both ring dips and HSPUs. I did blue bands for two sets of HSPUs and then had to go to blue and green combo by the end. OUCH!
