    Of course, the clock said 4:34 when I finished, so maybe I'll just go with that...

    I'm not sure about the 1000m distance. The path that I had planned out was blocked off, so I had to improvise on the run (quite literally) shoulders are smoked.

  11. 14:01 not a good time but happy with it. Conducted the workout this morning 0630. Body was/is still broken from yesterday's ultimate frisbee game and last nights MMA practice. Made for a good way to loosen some pretty tight spots.
