  1. I'm not sure about anyone else, but I was doing jumping pull-ups wrong until just a few weeks ago. Brass Ring fitness has a great page on them:

    Somehow I feel that I did something wrong...How were the jumping pull-ups supposed to be done?

    I finished with some heavy thrusters.

    Good work - made sure to really focus on coming down slow on the pull-ups for some negative work.

    concentrated on locking out at the bottom of the jumping pull ups. Makes a huge difference in difficulty!
