For anyone who is interested: The MMA Club will be hosting Mike Wacker, a Gracie Black belt for a two hour seminar during practice Monday night from 1830-2030 in Arvin Gym, Combatives room 4. Please feel free to join. The seminar will be No-Gi (i.e. shorts, and t-shirt) but feel free to bring ACUs/Gi if you want to. These type of seminars are normally very expensive but Mike is a good friend of the club and is willing to offer his services for free in keeping with the spirit of fellowship and camraderie.
14++ I know I got 14 but not sure if I missed a round or not. I do know that I slowed WAY down during the second half and have a long way to go! Thanks to NM, Lacy, and Carissa for the push.
Any new designs for B&G shirts coming out soon?
