10 x Kettle bell swings (53lb men/35lb women)
15 x Squat
Gym loop (400m run)

    Woke up with a tiny heart but my Ranger Buddy got me right.

    Did hand stand PUs' for the first time in our workouts. Was having to do multiple sets by round 3.
    The workout was a good smoker

    My legs are still killing me from Tuesdays WOD. Still working on my range of motion for my handstands but did notice marked improvement.

    I hate trying to chase down my partner on the gym loop--he's too quick

    Great workout today. Looking forward to getting more fundamental movements down.

    Still having trouble reaching the full range of motion on the HSPUs so I just held a handstand.

  14. 10:31 had to wait once for a kettle ball, so prob 10:15-10:20ish without that. HSPU's need work, but were a lot better.

    Then did the CF Endurance WOD on the C2.
