Dutch Lowy is going to join us for the morning group. Those of you who are thinking about competing in The CrossFit Games should come in and see what you are up against. Dutch finished 7th last year at the games and he is a top notch trainer/programmer.

    Scaled back the weight. I need to work on dead lift. Hopefully someday I can add some muscle to these bones.

    Missed making the 20min cutoff by a little. I think dropping 10lbs off my clean would have done it. I got some good programming tips from Dutch while he was here so look for some new ways coming soon.

  17. Bad day, cant really post a time. Didnt bench enough, deadlifted too much. Couldnt do the last few deadlifts without worrying about my back. Only good news of the day was im finally getting better at the cleans...

  19. haha i think i figured it out! ok so i just wanted to say that i weigh about 148-150 lbs when i did that t-nash posted my stuff earlier

    225 dl
    95 bench (too light)
    110 clean (the weight was suppose to be 112, but i went down to 110)
    over all not bad for a 150 lb girl.. i guess. good work out!
