  3. My back was kind of sore this morning. With Friannabeth yesterday and a rowing interval last night, I just didn't have the energy this morning. Decided to go easy this morning and only did 305. No where close to PR but didn't want to risk injury. I need to remember that overtraining hurts you in the long run.
