Did this a little different today...worked up to what I thought was the weight I could do for 5 rounds instead of the typical max out on the last round or two. I felt like I could have done more weight but not maintained it for 5 rounds.
MAJ Blackmon, did you get my article i sent you last night? If so, can you email me w/ any suggestions you have to add/subtract anything from it. I think i'm gonna probably send the final copy in tonight or tomorrow morning.
is anyone else feeling that their shoulders are completely fried?
