STRENGTH (Clean to Front Squat).

Build to max weight of:
1 x Clean (Squat clean if able).
Then
3 x Front squats without putting down the bar.




WOD:

8 MIN AMRAP
3 x Dumbbell Snatch (65/40)-(each hand...6 reps total)
10 x Burpees
20 x Sit-ups (Use Ab-mat if you have one).
