rest day, get some skill work in!

  1. Did Monday's WOD. Whoa.

    1) 14:33.84 as Rx'd. That sucked.

    2) Used 75 pounds and only got through 16 jerks. Pathetic.

    3) Used 135, that first one took more out of me than I expected.

    4)Grip Crusher 3X8 @ 90.
