Strength

Squat 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)
Bench 3×5 (add 5 lbs to last workout)

Conditioning (Move to ’62 Room)

Complete 7 rounds:

Handstand Push Ups – Max reps
Hollow Rocks - 15 reps

    HSPU, 4,3,1,2,2,3,2. Those hollow rocks really smoked me, didn't expect that.

    WOD: substituted 10 shoulder touches each round for HSPU, 9:30 for time!
