Conditioning

Complete 2 rounds for time:
Deadlifts @ body weight – 9 reps
Sprint 1 Full Gasser (200yds)
Deadlifts @ body weight – 6 reps
Sprint 1 Full Gasser (200yds)
Deadlifts @ body weight – 3 reps
Sprint 1 Full Gasser (200yds)

*rest 3 minutes between rounds

    Chris and I worked on snatches for a little bit. For some reason, I'm having trouble going below parallel on snatches and cleans. Probably has something to do with ankle mobility.

    Conditioning: 11:13.18, body weight + 10lbs, 155#
