Body weight bench press (scale as needed)
Strict pull-ups (I'll bring some bands)

    WOD: 6:03 at #135 bench

  2. Got up to 115 on Strict Press - needs some serious work.

    WOD: I think around 12 minutes, used 145 for Bench, and helped coach Sarah a bit and looked at Tyler's kipping pull ups, so could have been faster. That was fun, though.

    Did the WOD untimed and replaced the pull-ups with sit-ups because of space restraints

  4. 85# on the Strict Press and one failed attempt at 95#.

    Didn't do the WOD because I have an APFT tomorrow, so I just helped Sarah with her clean.

    Did the WOD untimed and replaced pullups with situps because of space issues.
