Meet at 0530 in the 3rd floor weight room...

1 rep max front squat

Then...

12 minute AMRAP
5 x front squat (60% of 1rep max)
10 x burpies

  1. That was good, the weight room was largely empty - probably because of haircut inspection. I maxed out at 205, failed at 215. Scaled the WOD to 8 minutes for time constraints and used 120#. Got 5 rounds plus one rep. Won't be there tomorrow morning since I'll be on CGR all night.

  2. Still working on the shoulder mobility -- used the 45# bar. Got 5 rounds plus two burpees. Adrienne and I are getting our rings tomorrow!!

  3. Maxed the front squat at 145# (PR...yeahhhhhhh buddy.)

    For the AMRAP I got four rounds plus five burpees.

  4. Had to cut my 1RM short and stop at 105# so we could start the AMRAP. Did 8 minutes and got 4 full rounds.

    And yay for me and Jon!! So ready for that new bling!!
