  1. Used 135 on the box squats to keep it light with the Half on Sunday. Did Fran at 65 for the same reason. 6:12.

  2. Doing the Half on Sunday too!

    Did the last open WOD (mainly because the pull-up bar was taken for Fran). That was rough!
