Today's WOD is a bit different, but should be fun.

AMRAP 15
3* x ring dips
3* x ground to overhead [GTO] (135/95)
Rest 1 minute

* - every round increase the number of ring dips by 3 and number of GTO by 1.
This means first round is 3 reps of each, 2nd round is 6 reps of ring dips and 4 reps of GTO, 3rd is 9 ring dips & 5 GTO, etc.

NOTE:  Scale weight as needed.

  1. Great to see Erin M and Josh C in the house this morning! I greatly underestimated the WOD and my terrible form on GTO had me doing a lot of extra work with a power clean and then push press/shoulder press. If I could master the snatch or squat clean and jerk, it would have been much easier.

    It's been great to be doing crossfit again with the group!

  3. I hate the WODs that count up and get harder as you go, but it's exactly the kind of WOD I need.
