  2. 11:24 w/ 185#. My back was still really tight from Tuesday, so I smartly scaled the deadlifts. Handstand push-ups were tough, I need to practice them more often!

    Great job by Matt and PJ!

    Deadlifts save me because the HSPU are killing me.
