Beat the clock burpee pull-ups!

With a constantly running clock do 1 x burpee pull-up the first minute and rest for the remainder of the minute - this equals 1 round.  Continue this process adding 1 x additional rep per minute until you can't complete all the reps before the minute expires.
Post number of rounds complete to comments.

    Finished it like 2 seconds before the next round and died.

    Did some ab mat work after.

  2. once again, I got crushed by Beat the Clock...

    10 rounds complete (right at the buzzer) and then only 5 in the 11th round after I was mentally crushed!

    Bench 165# x5,5,6 (PR)
    Alternating sets focusing on form:
    DL 225#: 7,6,7,7,11
    HSPU: 7,7,7,7,8
    Alternating sets for max unbroken reps:
    Ab mat situp: 35,31,30
    Double under: 50, 37, 48

    Got a new MAJ Radik style jump rope. Works amazingly. Like night and day.
