    I've found the one thing that helps a toothache - CrossFit! Tooth didn't hurt the entire time!!

  4. For some reason, double-unders weren't on today. I struggled for about 4 minutes on the first round, and switched to singles after that.

    I had a major jump rope blowout. My jump rope finally broke in twain. I had to find a new rope and adjust its length. Even with the smurf rope, I was able to get two of my sets unbroken. I never stopped my watch.
