Well, that didn't go as planned. I've never had knee problems, but I got a sharp pain in one knee on round 2 of Goblet Squats, so I cut them out for the rest of the workout. I don't think it will be a recurring issue, but I was definitely off this morning.
Regardless, that was a smoker. I need to get faster on the bike.
It was great to see a large crew in there this morning! You guys fire me up!
