    18:36 as rx'd - goblet squats were the toughest and starting the bike was the most annnoying!

    Also, I agree with the bikes. Probably could take at least a minute off for messing with the bike.

  4. Well, that didn't go as planned.
    I've never had knee problems, but I got a sharp pain in one knee on round 2 of Goblet Squats, so I cut them out for the rest of the workout. I don't think it will be a recurring issue, but I was definitely off this morning.

    Regardless, that was a smoker. I need to get faster on the bike.
