For today's WOD we will meet in the '62 Room to warm-up and then head up to Hayes Gym to get our Arvin Lung on!!!!

    Split times ranged from :50 (1st rd)to :60 (9th rd). 6/10 rounds were at :58.

    The rest was a blessing and curse! Nice push by Mack, Nick, Lacey, Matt, and Chris!

    On the first lap I hit a traffic Jam and then was never able to catch up with Adam after that. It was nice having someone to chase.

    My split times go from :54 (1st rd) to 1:00 with a mix of :55's, :58's and 59's in there.

    I subbed 550m on the bike for the two laps around Hayes.

  5. Buddy carry ladder sprints on MSE hill to Thayer! Alternate buddy carry at each lamppost along road. Up three, back two. Then run back along Thayer alternating buddy carries.
