  2. I saw today on the 31 Heroes Facebook page that they had just ordered 6,000 shirts and should be mailing them out soon. I guess they were overwhelmed by the number of orders.

    19:50 as rx'd.

    I probably should have scaled the weight down, but it was equal parts ring dips and front squats that smoked me. I had to break up both into smaller sets to get it done.
