    It was a hot one today, even at 0630. Back squats slowed me down - had to break last 2 sets into 10 & 5. Great work by Matt! We need some more earlier risers so I can keep up with someone!

    It's a bit warm to be running at noon. My car said 102-degrees on the way back from the gym. I look like I did today's WOD in my work clothes...
