"Annie"
50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of
Double Unders
Sit-ups

Post time to comments.

Compare to 8/10/10.

If you do not have a jump rope, I strongly encourage you to purchase one.  Until you get one, you can substitute tuck jumps for double unders.

If you have a jump rope but are unable to do double unders, you can substitute 4 single unders for each double under.

Here is what it looks like with an elite athlete...

Tex pointed out that we actually started the workout in the wrong order. The "real" Annie should be double unders first followed by sit-ups. My bad on the mispost.

Good crew out there this morning and it will be an even better crew when everybody goest to Wal-Mart to but a jump rope!

Make sure you all buy a functioning jump rope, mine must be a trick one because all it does is hit me and get tangled up in my feet. Getting there...

  3. Sodak, 7:00 is pretty darn good. Your sit-ups were smokin! The big question is where your Ninja partner was this morning???

  6. Did an alternate WOD in order to let my foot recover.

    15 AMRAP
    5 x dead lift (205 lbs)
    7 x knees to elbows
    9 x push-ups

    10 rds + DL + 2 KTEs

It was a great WOD and one I highly recommend for inclusion in future programing.

Wish I could have done this with the morning gang. Should be under 6 min next time.

New PR but still not where I want to be. DUs were much better than last time but still need improvement.
