  1. Continue to be stuck in hotel gyms, so did the following:

    3 rds
    800m run (approx 3 min on treadmill)
    x50 squats
    x50 situps
    x50 pushups

    24:45. Including time spent messing with the treadmill, that made approx 8:20 a round.

    Bench: 225, 245, 265, 280 (failed at 2), 275 (3)

    row 3000m, sprinted 500m intervals then did 10 min on Jacobs Ladder-
    good stuff

    Then went for 215 for a 6th set, but failed.

    Bench: 185, 195, 205, 215, 220

    Then went for 225 for a 6th set, but only completed 2 without help. Not very happy with those weights for bench.
