10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Looks like Arvin will be open at 0930 and there will be a bit of a crew showing up at that point if you want to get in on it.

Banner day for double unders for me - I finally was able to string several together with singles in between.
ReplyDeleteBecause combatives doesn't agree with my elbow, I had to modify Cindy:
one-armed pull-ups with the green band, semi-one-armed push-ups (left elbow up on a block), and squats as Rx'ed
18 rounds + 1 pull-up
25 rounds as rx'd (2 round PR)
