There will not be a "normal" gathering of people tomorrow morning due to the adjusted class schedule.  Here is the WOD when you can make it over there:

Run 1 gym loop
Rest the time it took you to run
Run 2 gym loops
Rest the time it took you to run
Run 3 gym loops

Post times to comments

If you are unable to make it to Arvin, do a similar workout with running, biking, or rowing.

    I had to give the feet a rest so I rowed instead: 500, 1000, 1500 meters.

  3. Ran the Arvin 5k: 14 gym loops for time. It actually wasn't that bad. I was going to run 13, but miscounted and ran 14 after I looked at the splits...opps.

  4. I started with squats, 5-5-3-3-3:
    135, 185, 225, 245, 265

    Then I hit today's WOD, but I screwed up my distance calculation and ended up running a 700m loop. Not a huge deal, but the protracted rest periods really killed the intensity.

  7. I was a late edition to the WOD Kings and Matt did. Could not make it to Arvin so I rowed .

    500 - 1:39.3
    1000 - 3:26.2
    1500 - 5:34.4

    Really struggled with the THS on the last one!
