  3. I made up a WOD nicknamed the "Triple 50"
    3 rounds for time of:
    50 x push ups
    50 x sit ups
    20 x lunges
    10 x pull ups
    20 x air squats
    1 mile run

    39:10 - it was especially nice because it was 65 degrees in FL!

    2 rounds with about :12 to spare. Not enough time to jump back on the rower. Great WOD.
