    WOD 1: Scaled up to a 62lbs KB because there were two of use and only one 53lbs one.

    Burpees in WY @ 5,000 ft alt. aren't quite the same as WP.

  3. I did an alternate WOD today and had to innovate:

    25 Wall ball shots (using a 21.7 lbs. bag of cat food, just tossed in the air, so it wouldn't break)
    25 OHS using a hoe

    then 10 pull ups, 50 air squats, 10 chin ups, 30 AS, 6 PU, 30 AS, 6 CU, 30 AS, 2 PU, 30 AS, 2 CU for time: 11:40


    then 6.5 mile run: untimed, but around 50 minutes
