Welcome back to USMA.  We have no idea how many people will be joining us in the morning during REOGRY Week.  As a result, we are listing two WODs for today.  Depending on the size of the group we will either select one WOD during the morning or break off into two groups.

WOD A:
"Grace"
Clean and jerk 135 lbs.  30 reps for time.

Post time to comments.

WOD B:
AMRAP 10
7 Medicine Ball Clean (20lb/14lb)
14 Kettlebell Swings (53lb/35/lb)

Post number of rounds to comments.

  3. Still waiting for a Borce sighting. Has anyone seen MAJ Borce? Let him know I will begin daily callouts until I see him start posting.

Also possible victims...Strohs Light, Bama,Sodak, Nick B, and I'm sure there are others. Since I am at the Naval War College, I have nothing but time on my hands and will gladly stalk B&G CF to ensure compliance.

    Never Quit!

There was a strangely Fran-like burn in my forearms after I was finished. It's great to see the crew together again.

  9. B&G CF Alpha - Man, don't you have a tee time or something to get to?

4:26 as RXd - it's good to be chasing Bobby through C&J's, that guy's an animal...

  10. 12 miles in 7.5 hours. Not a PR, but an enjoyable time nonetheless. New cadets are fired up, so let's get the AY underway. Looking forward to seeing the big morning crews again, so grab a buddy and spread the word!
