    5x BP (135, 185, 205, 205, 205)
    25x DUs

  11. Well, I'm finally at Fort Gordon for ILE. They have a great globo gym here, but not much for CrossFit. I'll figure something out, but I'll most likely stick with body weight stuff. I ran for 35 minutes yesterday (not fun), and here was today's:
    40-30-20-10 of: DU, PushUps, SitUps
    time: 6:35

    I'm going to try to follow you guys starting next week, but we'll see how it goes. Appreciate what you have at Black&Gold, b/c it isn't the norm out here.
